The Role:

We are looking for a Account Executive to join our growing team at Koodall. You will be a perfect fit if you are a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of driving growth through strategic client relationships. Location: We are flexible with location, preferring candidates from Boston, Providence, or New York, but are open to virtual remote positions.


What we are looking for:

  • +3 years of proven experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused companies.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of small to mid-sized businesses.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions using Koodall's offerings.

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.


Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with multimedia, content creation, or AI-driven marketing solutions.

  • Experience in the entertainment, eCommerce, or technology sectors.

  • Background in working with CRM tools like HubSpot.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, driving lead generation and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable Koodall products and services.

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that address specific client challenges.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
