The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the Koodall team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. You will be a perfect candidate if you are a proactive problem solver who enjoys helping customers reach their goals. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Koodall's multimedia and entertainment solutions to grow their businesses.
Location: We are flexible with location, preferring candidates from Boston, Providence, or New York, but are open to virtual remote positions.
What we are looking for:
+2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience in providing outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve their business goals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Experience in the multimedia, AI, or content creation industries.
Knowledge of the challenges faced by small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Koodall clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth product experience.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and help them leverage Koodall's products to meet their business objectives.
Provide training, resources, and support to clients to maximize the impact of Koodall’s solutions on their operations.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address customer feedback and improve the product offerings.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, working to resolve issues before they escalate.
Create and update customer success materials, including guides, FAQs, and best practice documents.
